After a warm bath with doggy shampoo, hair conditioning and blow dry, your dog will receive a top notch trim. Finished off with ear cleaning, dog cologne and a bow tie for your pooch.
Puppy Introduction
A gentle introduction to the grooming process, the atmosphere and the tools that are used. This should ensure that your puppy becomes used to the noise and feel of the grooming process.
Puppies can be introduced one week after their second round of vaccinations, which is usually around 10-12 weeks of age.
Please note: In the event that two dogs arrive together, or collection is delayed for any reason, your dog may need to be kept in a crate for a short time to ensure a safe and calm atmosphere in the salon.

Additional Charges
Fleas
Do not book your dog an appointment, or attend an appointment, if you are aware that your dog has fleas. Any dog that is found to have fleas will need to be collected immediately and, as the salon will need to be sanitised and disinfected; this is subject to a £10 sanitisation charge.
Matted Coats
The owner will be charged extra for any dog found to have an extremely matted coat. Please refer to Terms & Conditions.
